Certificates / Document Required  in Indian Army rally 2020

certificate: -


(i) Certificate of education with mark sheet in the core of all educational
Qualification obtained by the candidate i.e. Matriculation / Intermediate / Graduation etc.
From recognized school / college / board / university.
(ii) The ink signed on the provisional / online education certificate should be certified
By the head of the educational institute of the concerned board / university.

(iii) Candidates with matriculation certificate should be brought from Open School
School leaving certificate counted by BEO / DEO.

(d) Domicile certificate. Domicile certificate with photograph issued by
Tehsildar / District Magistrate. (1year - Max 3 year (if you state issued )

(E) Caste certificate: - affixed caste certificate with photo 
The state does not issue a photo of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar /
District Magistrate.

(F) Dharma certificate: - Dharma certificate issued by Tehsildar / SDM. (if
The caste does not mention religion as "SIKH / HINDU / MUSLIM / CHRISTIAN".
certificate).

(G) School character certificate issued by the school character certificate
Principal / Headmaster of the school / college where the candidate last studied.

(H) Character certificate. Character certificate with photograph issued by
Village Sarpanch / Municipal Corporation within the last six months.

(j) Unmarried certificate for candidates less than unmarried certificate
21 years of age with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch / Municipal Corporation
Within the last six months.

(k) Relationship Certificate Serviceman's Son (SOS) / Ex-Serviceman's Son
(SOEX) / Widow's son (SOW) / War widow's son (SOWW) are candidates
The following documents are required to be produced: -

(i) Relationship certificate duly issued from concerned records office only
Signed by record officer with personal number, rank, name and specials
Record Officer issuing relationship certificate with office seal / stamp
Is supported.
(ii) Declaration to effect as mentioned in affidavit at ten rupees
First Class by ESM /

Executive / Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate
Rally venue Format of affidavit according to Appendix.

(iii) Original discharge book of Ex-servicemen is also to be produced. Name
And the date of birth of the candidate must be recorded in it.


(l) NCC certificate. NCC A / B / C certificate and Republic Day Parade
Must have a photo of the candidate duly verified by issuing the certificate
Rights. Provisional NCC A / B / C pass certificate will be accepted only if
Certified by the respective NCC group commanders.

(M) Sports certificate
(i) Players who have represented India at international level and state
Within the last two years nationally. Under which to list the games
Relaxation in physical standards is acceptable and is considered

(ii) Players who have represented the district at the state level and university
Teams or Regional Teams with District / First / Second place within last two
Years. Sports certificate registration number and must be from the government
The recognized sports institutes / bodies are as follows: -
(B) All Senior / Junior National Championship Certificate - Responsible National Federation.
(ab) All state and district level certificates - reactive state games
Association.
(AC) All University level certificates - Inter University Sports Board.
(Advertisement) All school-level certifications - All India School Sports Federation.
(n) Affidavit. 10 / - on non-judicial stamp paper duly signed by the candidate
As per the specimen enclosed in the Appendix shall be duly verified by the notary
Candidate.
(O) Single bank A / C, PAN card and Aadhaar card. Single Bank A / C, PAN
Cards and Aadhaar cards are mandatory documents for final enrollment
Salary and allowances and other social benefit schemes.

आर्मी के रैली मे आपको ये सभी प्रमाण पत्र  ले कर जाना है 

 
i) सभी शैक्षिक के मूल में मार्क शीट के साथ शिक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र

उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्राप्त योग्यता यानी मैट्रिक / इंटरमीडिएट / स्नातक आदि।
मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल / कॉलेज / बोर्ड / विश्वविद्यालय से।

(ii) अनंतिम / ऑनलाइन शिक्षा प्रमाण पत्र पर हस्ताक्षरित स्याही प्रमाणित होनी चाहिए संबंधित बोर्ड / विश्वविद्यालय के शैक्षिक संस्थान के प्रमुख द्वारा।

(iii) मैट्रिक प्रमाणपत्र वाले अभ्यर्थियों को ओपन स्कूल से लाया जाना चाहिए
बीईओ / डीईओ द्वारा गिना गया स्कूल छोड़ने का प्रमाण पत्र।

(d) अधिवास प्रमाण पत्र। द्वारा जारी फोटोग्राफ के साथ अधिवास प्रमाण पत्र
तहसीलदार / जिला मजिस्ट्रेट। ( 1   year)

(ई) जाति प्रमाण पत्र: - फोटो के साथ चिपका हुआ जाति प्रमाण पत्र
राज्य तहसीलदार द्वारा जारी किए गए उम्मीदवार की फोटो जारी नहीं करता है /
जिला मजिस्ट्रेट।

(च) धर्म प्रमाण पत्र: - तहसीलदार / एसडीएम द्वारा जारी धर्म प्रमाण पत्र। (अगर
जाति धर्म का उल्लेख "SIKH / HINDU / MUSLIM / ईसाई" के रूप में नहीं करती है।
प्रमाण पत्र)।

(छ) स्कूल चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र द्वारा जारी स्कूल चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र
स्कूल / कॉलेज के प्रिंसिपल / हेडमास्टर जहां उम्मीदवार अंतिम बार अध्ययन करते हैं।

(एच) चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र। द्वारा जारी किए गए फोटोग्राफ के साथ चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र
पिछले छह महीनों के भीतर ग्राम सरपंच / नगर निगम।

(j) अविवाहित प्रमाण पत्र से कम उम्मीदवारों के लिए अविवाहित प्रमाण पत्र
ग्राम सरपंच / नगर निगम द्वारा जारी किए गए फोटोग्राफ के साथ 21 वर्ष की आयु
पिछले छह महीनों के भीतर।

(k) संबंध प्रमाणपत्र सर्विसमैन का बेटा (एसओएस) / भूतपूर्व सैनिक का बेटा
(SOEX) / विधवा का बेटा (SOW) / वार विधवा का बेटा (SOWW) उम्मीदवार हैं
निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों का उत्पादन किया जाना आवश्यक है: -

(i) संबंध प्रमाण पत्र विधिवत संबंधित रिकॉर्ड कार्यालय से जारी किए गए
व्यक्तिगत संख्या, रैंक, नाम और विशेष के साथ रिकॉर्ड अधिकारी द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित
कार्यालय सील / मुहर के साथ संबंध प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने वाला रिकॉर्ड अधिकारी
समर्थित है।

(ii) शपथ-पत्र में उल्लिखित प्रभाव की घोषणा दस रुपये में

ईएसएम / द्वारा प्रथम श्रेणी

कार्यकारी / न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट को उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया जाना आवश्यक है
रैली स्थल परिशिष्ट के अनुसार शपथ पत्र का प्रारूप।

(iii) भूतपूर्व सैनिकों की मूल डिस्चार्ज बुक का भी निर्माण किया जाना है। नाम
और उम्मीदवार के जन्म की तारीख उसमें दर्ज होनी चाहिए।




(एल) एनसीसी प्रमाण पत्र। एनसीसी ए / बी / सी प्रमाण पत्र और गणतंत्र दिवस परेड
प्रमाण पत्र जारी करके विधिवत सत्यापित उम्मीदवार की एक फोटो होनी चाहिए
अधिकार। अनंतिम एनसीसी ए / बी / सी पास प्रमाणपत्र केवल तभी स्वीकार किया जाएगा
संबंधित एनसीसी समूह कमांडरों द्वारा प्रमाणित।
(एम) खेल प्रमाण पत्र
(i) वे खिलाड़ी जिन्होंने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर और राज्य में भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व किया है
पिछले दो वर्षों के भीतर राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर। जिसके तहत खेलों को सूचीबद्ध करना है
भौतिक मानकों में छूट स्वीकार्य है और इस पर विचार किया जाता है

(ii) राज्य स्तर और विश्वविद्यालय में जिले का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले खिलाड़ी
अंतिम दो के भीतर जिला / प्रथम / द्वितीय स्थान के साथ टीमें या क्षेत्रीय टीमें
वर्षों। खेल प्रमाण पत्र पंजीकरण संख्या और सरकार से होना चाहिए
मान्यताप्राप्त खेल संस्थान / निकाय इस प्रकार हैं: -

(बी) ऑल सीनियर / जूनियर नेशनल चैम्पियनशिप सर्टिफिकेट - जिम्मेदार नेशनल फेडरेशन।
(ab) सभी राज्य और जिला स्तर के प्रमाण पत्र - प्रतिक्रियाशील राज्य खेल
एसोसिएशन।

(एसी) सभी विश्वविद्यालय स्तर के प्रमाण पत्र - इंटर यूनिवर्सिटी स्पोर्ट्स बोर्ड।
(विज्ञापन) सभी स्कूल स्तर के प्रमाणपत्र - अखिल भारतीय स्कूल खेल महासंघ।
(n) शपथ पत्र। उम्मीदवार द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित गैर-न्यायिक स्टांप पेपर पर 10 / -
परिशिष्ट में संलग्न नमूने के अनुसार नोटरी द्वारा विधिवत सत्यापित किया जाएगा
उम्मीदवार।

(ओ) एकल बैंक ए / सी, पैन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड। एकल बैंक ए / सी, पैन
कार्ड और आधार कार्ड अंतिम नामांकन के लिए अनिवार्य दस्तावेज हैं
वेतन और भत्ते और अन्य सामाजिक लाभ योजनाएं।
