It was based on the report of the Arjuna Sengupta Committee (1984). / समझौता ज्ञापन प्रणाली भारत में वर्ष 1987-88 के दौरान सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उद्यमों में शुरू की गई थी। यह अर्जुन सेनगुप्ता समिति (1984) की रिपोर्ट पर आधारित थी।
