Explanation / व्याख्या :-

The sole object of the Article 32 of the Constitution of India is the enforcement of the fundamental rights guaranteed under Part III of the Constitution of India. By including Article 32 in the Fundamental Rights, the Supreme Court has been made the protector and guarantor of these Rights. / भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 32 का एकमात्र उद्देश्य भारत के संविधान के भाग III के तहत गारंटीकृत मौलिक अधिकारों का प्रवर्तन है। मौलिक अधिकारों में अनुच्छेद 32 को शामिल करके सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को इन अधिकारों का रक्षक और गारंटर बनाया गया है।
