According to Article 84(b) of Indian constitution, the minimum age for membership to Rajya Sabha is 30 years. The same article adds that the minimum age qualification for Lok Sabha is 25 years. The Rajya Sabha is the permanent house of parliament that is not subject to dissolution. / भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 84(बी) के अनुसार राज्यसभा की सदस्यता के लिए न्यूनतम आयु 30 वर्ष है। इसी लेख में कहा गया है कि लोकसभा के लिए न्यूनतम आयु योग्यता 25 वर्ष है। राज्यसभा संसद का स्थायी सदन है जो भंग नहीं होता है।
