In concept social justice is very well articulated in the Constitution of India (1950). The Preamble of our Constitution use the term ‘social justice – social, economic and political, the equality of status and opportunity is provided by the Constitution makers for futuristic development of the country. / अवधारणा में सामाजिक न्याय भारत के संविधान (1950) में बहुत अच्छी तरह से व्यक्त किया गया है। हमारे संविधान की प्रस्तावना में ‘सामाजिक न्याय – सामाजिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक’ शब्द का प्रयोग किया गया है, देश के भविष्य के विकास के लिए संविधान निर्माताओं द्वारा स्थिति और अवसर की समानता प्रदान की गई है।
