Explanation / व्याख्या :-

The operational period of 12th Five Year Plan is 2012-2017. This is the last five-year plan since the National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog, in May 2016, decided to come up with a 15-year vision document instead of five yearly plans. The first 15-year vision document will come into effect from 2017-18. / 12वीं पंचवर्षीय योजना की परिचालन अवधि 2012-2017 है। मई 2016 में नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूशन फॉर ट्रांसफॉर्मिंग इंडिया (NITI) आयोग द्वारा पंचवर्षीय योजनाओं के बजाय 15-वर्षीय विजन दस्तावेज़ के साथ आने का निर्णय लेने के बाद से यह अंतिम पंचवर्षीय योजना है। पहला 15 वर्षीय विजन दस्तावेज 2017-18 से प्रभावी होगा।
