State Government transactions are carried out by Reserve Bank of India in terms of the agreement entered into with the State Governments in terms of section 21 A of the Act. As of now, such agreements exist between RBI and all the State Governments except with the Government of Jammu and Kashmir. / राज्य सरकार के लेनदेन भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा अधिनियम की धारा 21 ए के अनुसार राज्य सरकारों के साथ किए गए समझौते के अनुसार किए जाते हैं। अभी तक, इस तरह के समझौते आरबीआई और जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार को छोड़कर सभी राज्य सरकारों के बीच मौजूद हैं।
