The Vohra Committee (1993) studied the criminalization of politics and nexus among criminals, politicians and bureaucrats in India. It concluded that the existing criminal justice system is unable to deal with the activities of the politicians, police and the criminals as the provisions of law are emerging weak enough to fracture this nexus. / वोहरा समिति (1993) ने भारत में अपराधियों, राजनेताओं और नौकरशाहों के बीच राजनीति के अपराधीकरण और गठजोड़ का अध्ययन किया। यह निष्कर्ष निकाला कि मौजूदा आपराधिक न्याय प्रणाली राजनेताओं, पुलिस और अपराधियों की गतिविधियों से निपटने में असमर्थ है क्योंकि कानून के प्रावधान इस गठजोड़ को तोड़ने के लिए काफी कमजोर हो रहे हैं।
