Explanation / व्याख्या :-

Heart rate is controlled by the two branches of the autonomic (involuntary) nervous system. The sympathetic nervous system (SNS) and the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). The sympathetic nervous system (SNS) releases the hormones (catecholamines – epinephrine and norepinephrine) to accelerate the heart rate. The parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) releases the hormone acetylcholine to slow the heart rate.

हृदय गति को स्वायत्त (अनैच्छिक) तंत्रिका तंत्र की दो शाखाओं द्वारा नियंत्रित किया जाता है। सहानुभूति तंत्रिका तंत्र (एसएनएस) और पैरासिम्पेथेटिक तंत्रिका तंत्र (पीएनएस)। सहानुभूति तंत्रिका तंत्र (एसएनएस) हृदय गति को तेज करने के लिए हार्मोन (कैटेकोलामाइन – एपिनेफ्रीन और नॉरपेनेफ्रिन) जारी करता है। पैरासिम्पेथेटिक नर्वस सिस्टम (PNS) हृदय गति को धीमा करने के लिए हार्मोन एसिटाइलकोलाइन जारी करता है।
