28. In which of the following cases Ohm’s  law is not valid ?  / निम्नलिखित में से किस मामले में ओम का नियम मान्य नहीं है?

1. Wire bound resistor   / तार बाध्य रोकनेवाला
2. Potentiometer / तनाव नापने का यंत्र
3. Junction diode / जंक्शन डायोड
4. Electric bulb  / बिजली के बल्ब

Answer  / उत्तर :- Junction diode / जंक्शन डायोड

Ohm’s law does not apply in case of Junction diode. Ohm’s law is only applicable to linear resistances. Diode is not linear, So Ohm’s law does not apply. Ohm’s law states that current through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the voltage across the two points. / जंक्शन डायोड के मामले में ओम का नियम लागू नहीं होता है। ओम का नियम केवल रैखिक प्रतिरोधों पर लागू होता है। डायोड रैखिक नहीं है, इसलिए ओम का नियम लागू नहीं होता है। ओम का नियम कहता है कि दो बिंदुओं के बीच एक कंडक्टर के माध्यम से वर्तमान दो बिंदुओं पर वोल्टेज के सीधे आनुपातिक है।
