The United Nations food agency, the Food and Agriculture Organization releases the World Food Price Index.
As per the latest edition, the World food prices increased for a seventh consecutive month in December at 107.5 points against 105.2 in November. All major categories of the food index recorded rise, except sugar.

नवीनतम संस्करण के अनुसार, विश्व खाद्य कीमतें दिसंबर में लगातार सातवें महीने बढ़कर 107.5 अंक हो गईं, जो नवंबर में 105.2 थीं। चीनी को छोड़कर खाद्य सूचकांक की सभी प्रमुख श्रेणियों में वृद्धि दर्ज की गई।
