Jaisalmer Fort is also known as Golden Fort. It was built in 1156 AD by the Rajput king Rawal Jaisal. In 2013, it was included in the World Heritage site by the 37th World Heritage Committee along with 5 other forts of Rajasthan.

जैसलमेर किले को स्वर्ण किला भी कहा जाता है। इसका निर्माण 1156 ई. में राजपूत राजा रावल जैसल ने करवाया था। 2013 में इसे 37वीं विश्व धरोहर समिति द्वारा राजस्थान के 5 अन्य किलों के साथ विश्व धरोहर स्थल में शामिल किया गया था।
