Explanation / व्याख्या :-

In 1855, the Santhal rebellion was started in present-day Jharkhand and Bengal (Purulia and Bankura) in eastern India against both the British colonial authority and Zamindars by the Santhal people. Sidhu and Kanhu were brothers and leaders of the rebellion. The other associates were Chand and Bhairav.

1855 में, संथाल विद्रोह पूर्वी भारत में वर्तमान झारखंड और बंगाल (पुरुलिया और बांकुरा) में ब्रिटिश औपनिवेशिक प्राधिकरण और जमींदारों दोनों के खिलाफ संथाल लोगों द्वारा शुरू किया गया था। सिद्धू और कान्हू भाई थे और विद्रोह के नेता थे। अन्य सहयोगी चांद और भैरव थे।
