Explanation / व्याख्या :-

The Non-Cooperation movement bill was presented in the Calcutta session of INC on 4th September 1920 and it was started by Mahatma Gandhi on 1st August, 1920. It was a kind of first countrywide movement agitation started by Mahatma Gandhi. The movement was further declared off by Mahatma Gandhi due to Chauri-Chaura incident in 1922.

असहयोग आंदोलन विधेयक 4 सितंबर 1920 को कांग्रेस के कलकत्ता अधिवेशन में प्रस्तुत किया गया था और इसे महात्मा गांधी ने 1 अगस्त, 1920 को शुरू किया था। यह महात्मा गांधी द्वारा शुरू किया गया पहला देशव्यापी आंदोलन था। 1922 में चौरी-चौरा की घटना के कारण महात्मा गांधी ने आंदोलन को बंद कर दिया था।
