Explanation / व्याख्या :-

The Hindustan Republican Association was established in 1924 in Kanpur by Sachindranath Sanyal, Yogesh Chatterji. On 9th August 1925 the members of this group looted the government treasure by stopping a freight train near Kakori village. Total 29 revolutionaries were arrested and kept in trial. The active personatities were Ram Prasad Bismil, Rajendra Lahidi, Chandrashekhar Azad, Ashfaqulla Khan.

हिंदुस्तान रिपब्लिकन एसोसिएशन की स्थापना 1924 में कानपुर में सचिंद्रनाथ सान्याल, योगेश चटर्जी द्वारा की गई थी। 9 अगस्त 1925 को इस समूह के सदस्यों ने काकोरी गाँव के पास एक मालगाड़ी को रोककर सरकारी खजाना लूट लिया। कुल 29 क्रांतिकारियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया और उन पर मुकदमा चलाया गया। सक्रिय व्यक्तित्व राम प्रसाद बिस्मिल, राजेंद्र लाहिड़ी, चंद्रशेखर आज़ाद, अशफाकउल्ला खान थे।
