Lucknow Pact, was carried out between Indian National Congress headed by Maratha leader Bal Gangadhar Tilak and the All-India Muslim League led by Muhammad Ali Jinnah. By this pact the Moderates and the Extremists wings of the congress reunited. Through this pact the congress also agreed to separate electorates for Muslims in provincial council elections.
लखनऊ समझौता, मराठा नेता बाल गंगाधर तिलक की अध्यक्षता वाली भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस और मुहम्मद अली जिन्ना के नेतृत्व वाली अखिल भारतीय मुस्लिम लीग के बीच किया गया था। इस समझौते के द्वारा कांग्रेस के उदारवादी और गरमपंथी विंग फिर से एकजुट हो गए। इस समझौते के माध्यम से कांग्रेस ने प्रांतीय परिषद चुनावों में मुसलमानों के लिए अलग निर्वाचक मंडल बनाने पर भी सहमति व्यक्त की।
