Ambika Charan Mazumdar was the President of the Indian National Congress for the Lucknow Session 1916. Lucknow Pact was made by the Indian National Congress headed by Bal Gangadhar Tilak and the All India Muslim League.
1. The major achievements of Lucknow Pact was that the moderates and radicals reunited and they jointly demanded self rule for India.
2. The Congress and the Muslim league reached a settlement and both decide to struggle together.
अंबिका चरण मजूमदार लखनऊ अधिवेशन 1916 के लिए भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष थे। लखनऊ समझौता बाल गंगाधर तिलक की अध्यक्षता वाली भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस और अखिल भारतीय मुस्लिम लीग द्वारा किया गया था।
1. लखनऊ समझौते की प्रमुख उपलब्धियाँ यह थीं कि उदारवादी और कट्टरपंथी फिर से एकजुट हो गए और उन्होंने संयुक्त रूप से भारत के लिए स्वशासन की माँग की।
2. कांग्रेस और मुस्लिम लीग एक समझौते पर पहुँचे और दोनों ने एक साथ संघर्ष करने का फैसला किया।
