Explanation / व्याख्या :-

The most important contribution in Lucknow pact of 1916 was of Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Bal Gangadhar Tilak. This pact was signed between Muslim League and the Indian National Congress. They were of the clear opinion that self government in India could be achieved only through Hindu Muslim unity.

1916 के लखनऊ समझौते में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण योगदान मुहम्मद अली जिन्ना और बाल गंगाधर तिलक का था। यह समझौता मुस्लिम लीग और भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस के बीच हुआ था। उनका स्पष्ट मत था कि भारत में स्वशासन केवल हिंदू मुस्लिम एकता के माध्यम से ही प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
