Laxman Nayak was a tribal leader and freedom fighter. He belonged to Bhumia tribe of Odisha. He was born on 22nd November 1899 Tentuligumma of Malkangiri. His father was Padlam Naik Laxman worked for the rights of tribals in South Odissa.

लक्ष्मण नायक एक आदिवासी नेता और स्वतंत्रता सेनानी थे। वे ओडिशा की भूमिया जनजाति से थे। उनका जन्म 22 नवंबर 1899 को मलकानगिरी के तेंतुलीगुम्मा में हुआ था। उनके पिता पदलम नायक लक्ष्मण दक्षिण ओडिशा में आदिवासियों के अधिकारों के लिए काम करते थे।
